A typical CrossFit class encompasses a wide range of functional movements. There is a strength portion and then a high intensity, timed group workout. Classes are different every day, and WODs (Work-Out of the Day) are posted the night before using their online app. This app also gives you the ability to track your WODs and measure your success.
